Urban Skin Rx® stands behind our products with a 60-day return or exchange policy on products purchased directly from the Website with the exception of travel size products, travel kits, mini kits, holiday or limited edition products, and our Urban Skin Rx Beauty Box - which are final sale. The return window begins on the date you received your Urban Skin Rx package, as evidenced by carrier tracking information.
Return requests received within:
0 – 30 days will be processed as a refund or exchange, with refunds back to the original form of payment.
31 – 60 days will be processed as exchange or store credit only. Store credit does not have cash value and cannot be refunded.

Once we receive the returned/exchanged package, a Customer Experience Representative will reach out to you within 24 - 48 business hours via email regarding all refund, exchange, and store credit procedures, subject to compliance with our return policy. Beginning March 15, 2021, returned merchandise received without a return authorization will not be refunded, credited or exchanged. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to post to your account depending on your financial institution's refund policy. Please note that because duties and taxes are collected by the governing country we cannot provide a refund on those expenses.
