What is Urban Skin Rx® Auto Shipment? Auto Shipment is the best and easiest way to make sure you never run out of your favorite USRx products. We automatically send your chosen products based upon a frequency that you set. The program is easy to use and customizable, so you can make changes online whenever you need. When you sign up for the Auto Shipment Program, you will enjoy the benefit of 20% OFF + FREE Shipping on every auto shipment order.

You will receive a reminder notification several days prior to when your order is placed. You can change your delivery frequency, next order date, shipping info and payment method any time by visiting by clicking “Manage Subscription” located within the My Account section. Changes to orders can be made any time within 48 hours of the next scheduled shipment date, and you can cancel at any time. *Please note that we require a minimum of 2 orders per subscription and that you may only cancel your subscription after your second order has been processed.

How do I join the Auto Shipment program? Joining the program is easy! Signing up for Auto Shipment can be done on any item or value kit. To subscribe, simply select the “Subscribe and Save” option while browsing on the desired product page. Select your preferred shipment frequency, and then check out.

What will happen after I join the Auto Shipment program? After you join the Auto Shipment service, you will receive an email confirming your subscription. This email will include a link to access 'Auto Shipment' where you can manage your future orders and your account. We will place your Auto Shipment orders automatically according to your selected frequency, and you will only be billed on the day the order is processed. Prior to each Auto Shipment order, we will send you an email reminder. You will also receive email notifications regarding other valuable information related to your Auto Shipment account, such as item discontinuation, subscription cancellation (we require a minimum of 2 orders per subscription and you may only cancel your subscription after your second order has been processed.), or order placement confirmation.

How do I make changes to my Auto Shipment orders? Once you've subscribed, Auto Shipment is easy to manage. You can change your next order date, skip an order, change your selected frequency, change your shipping method, add products, swap products, or cancel a subscription (we require a minimum of 2 orders per subscription and you may only cancel your subscription after your second order has been processed.) by visiting 'Manage Subscription' located in the 'My Account' section. Please allow up to 48 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.

How do I make changes to my Auto Shipment account information? To review or modify your Auto Shipment account information, visit “Manage Subscription” located within the My Account section. You can change the shipping address, shipping method or payment information for your subscription, which is the default option and will affect all future subscription orders.
